For national-class athletes
who need a strategy,
not another spreadsheet.
The Elite Platform is a small, invitation-only program. Each recruiting cycle we take on a limited number of national-class track & field and cross country athletes and run their recruiting, coaching, NIL, and racing as one coordinated effort.

Who it’s for
National-class athletes in any event — sprints, distance, hurdles, jumps, throws, or multis — who are chasing the highest level of college program and want a professional team behind them. A few representative standards:
1600m
♂ sub 4:20
♀ sub 5:00
800m
♂ sub 1:55
♀ sub 2:15
3200m
♂ sub 9:10
♀ sub 10:45
5K XC
♂ sub 15:30
♀ sub 18:30
Comparable national-class marks in sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, and multis qualify too. Close but not quite there? Apply anyway — we review every athlete individually.
What’s included
One team running every lever that moves a recruiting cycle — together, not in silos.
Dedicated recruiting strategist
A single point of contact who builds your target list, manages timing, and runs the whole recruiting campaign with you.
Hands-on elite coaching
Direct access to Eric Avila’s San Diego Elite system — training built around your events, your racing, and your recruiting window.
NIL strategy & consulting
Brand positioning, deal evaluation, disclosure and eligibility guardrails — so NIL builds your athlete’s value instead of risking it.
Meet selection & racing plan
Which meets to run, when to peak, and where to be seen by the right coaches. Race the calendar on purpose.
Official & unofficial visit prep
Question scripts, evaluation frameworks, and debriefs so every visit moves the decision forward.
Everything in Trackbeast, included
Full database, BeastMatch, the Blueprint, and member tools — all of it, with the white-glove layer on top.
“I coached my own daughter Chiara to a Stanford scholarship and a HOKA NIL deal — as her dad, her coach, and her agent. Eric is a two-time U.S. Olympic Trials finalist and USATF national champion who's developed high schoolers into D1 scholarship recipients — including a second athlete now headed to Stanford. This is the same team, running the same playbook, for a small number of athletes each cycle.”

How you get in
Apply or get nominated
Send your athlete’s events, marks, and rankings — or get referred by a coach in our network.
Evaluation
We confirm national-class standing and whether we’re the right team for your goals. Not every applicant is invited.
Invitation
Invited families are onboarded for the cycle. We cap the roster to keep it genuinely hands-on.
Straight talk
- —We don’t take everyone — spots are limited and reviewed individually.
- —We don’t buy access or guarantee offers, scholarships, or admission.
- —We don’t replace your high school or club coach — we align with them.
Think your athlete belongs?
Tell us about them. We review every request and respond to the ones that fit.
