How does billing work?
All memberships are billed annually and you can cancel anytime from your account — you keep access through the end of the period.
What if Trackbeast isn't for us?
Start free: the Reality Report and your athlete's top fits cost nothing, so you see the product on your own marks before you pay. Cancel anytime in two clicks and you won't be charged again. Payments aren't refunded, so you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
What's the difference between Recruit and All-American?
Recruit gives you the full database and the workspace to run your own recruiting. All-American puts a Trackbeast advisor in your corner for the whole year — four live sessions, starting with a 60-minute strategy deep-dive and platform orientation, then a 30-minute checkpoint each quarter — plus a written recruiting plan you keep and unlimited review of your coach emails before you send them. Your first session is booked within about 10 days.
Coaches' emails are on the athletics site. Why pay for contacts?
Some are; most aren't the right ones. Athletics sites list a head coach and a general inbox — the person who recruits your event is usually an assistant whose email isn't posted, and staffs turn over every spring. Recruit gives you the event-group coach for every program, verified and kept current, next to the marks that program actually signed in your event — so you know both who to write and whether they'd sign you before you write. The email itself is built from your marks and that program's signing history, which is the part a coach reads.
Can I email college coaches myself?
Yes. Athlete-initiated email is allowed year-round under NCAA rules — only coach-initiated contact is date-restricted. Recruit builds you a personalized email outline from your own marks and the programs you target — so your email never reads like everyone else’s — and tracks every send.
What do I actually get for the price?

Yes. A second login to the same recruiting record — one for the parent, one for the athlete, same list, marks and coach log. Parents can suggest programs and review coach emails before they go out; coaches only ever hear from the athlete. $250/yr on top of Recruit, included with All-American.
