Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Trackbeast ("Trackbeast," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use trackbeast.com and our related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Account information you provide — such as name, email address, and the athlete details you choose to add (events, marks, graduation year, school list, and notes).

Payment information is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details.

Messages you send us — through the contact form, email, or the Trackbeast Intel chat assistant (see "Chat" below).

Usage and device data — such as pages viewed, features used, IP address, and browser type, collected automatically in aggregate form.

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments and manage memberships; to communicate with you about your account and updates; and to comply with legal obligations.

We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, payment processing, hosting, database, email, and analytics providers), under confidentiality obligations and only to perform services for us: Vercel (hosting and aggregate site analytics), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (processing chat messages to generate answers), and Google (sign-in with Google and, only if you connect it, Gmail sending). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not place advertising pixels or third-party tracking tags on the Service — no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics, no ad-network or retargeting tags.

We use only first-party cookies and browser storage that the Service needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, and remembering which link brought you to the site (kept up to 30 days, on your device). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Our site analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and reports aggregate counts such as page views; it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.

Because we do not track you across other websites, sell, or share your information for advertising, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off — the Service already behaves as if that signal were on, for every visitor.

When you use the Trackbeast Intel chat, your messages and our replies are recorded and stored so we can answer you, follow up if you ask for a person, and improve the Service. Messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, solely to generate responses. Using the chat means you consent to this recording. Please do not share sensitive information such as health, financial account, or government ID details in the chat.

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, Trackbeast requests access to Google's Gmail API for the sole purpose of sending emails on your behalf, from your own Gmail address, when you click send in the Coach Email Builder. We request the gmail.send scope only — this lets us submit outgoing messages through your Gmail account. It does not let us read, list, download, or store anything in your inbox, sent folder, or anywhere else in your Google Account.

We store only what's needed to maintain the connection (an encrypted OAuth token) and a record that an email was sent (recipient, subject, and timestamp) in your Contact Log. We never access, transmit, or retain your inbox content.

You can disconnect Gmail access at any time from your Trackbeast dashboard, or by revoking access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Trackbeast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements.

The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and student-athletes, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may access, update, or delete your account information, and unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. To request deletion or exercise applicable privacy rights, email us at info@trackbeast.com.

If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it, to correct it, and to delete it. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither — and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email info@trackbeast.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using the email address on your account, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide your signed permission. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.
