NCAA Division I 300m Hurdles Recruiting Standards (2026-27)

The honest answer to "am I a D1 300m Hurdles athlete?" is not a published standard — it is what D1 programs actually signed. Every number below comes from the real high-school marks of the 2025-26 class.

Read P50 as the middle signee’s personal best, P25 as the priority-recruit end and P75 as the slowest mark still inside the class. 1500m/Mile and 3000m are converted to 1600m/3200m. Verified meet results, American signees only.

These are last cycle’s signing marks for one division, not a fixed cutoff — a division median hides a wide spread between its best and worst programs. Coaches also weigh progression, event needs, academics and open roster spots, so a mark in range starts a conversation rather than settling one.
