The honest answer to "am I a D3 100m athlete?" is not a published standard — it is what D3 programs actually signed. Every number below comes from the real high-school marks of the 2025-26 class.
The middle number is the median signee’s PR; P25 is the fast end of the class and P75 the slow end that still signed. 1500m/Mile and 3000m are shown converted to 1600m/3200m. Sourced from verified meet results, American pool only.
